St. Andrew's

Market

OPEN 24/7!

Mutual Aid:

take what you need,

give what you can (food ONLY, please)!

This fridge/pantry was inspired by a need for food security in our community. Anyone os welcome to donate FOOD or to take what they need.

If you would like to contribute, here are some things that are particularly useful:

  • Fresh fruit is more popular than vegetables

  • Ground beef - label with the date and put in the freezer

  • In addition to groceries, meals for those without cooking facilities are appreciated. Examples they gave were lunchables, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and home-cooked entrees in single servings labeled with the name of the dish and the date

  • Bags of dry dog food

  • The need is always there, but it gets even higher at the end of the month.

St. Andrew's regularly purchases grocery items and packages them for easy selection by those in need. If you would like to donate funds, please:

  • Visit standrewsdsm.org/give
  • Drop cash or checks made out to "Saint Andrew's Episcopal Church" in the mail slot in the church door next to the shed.  PLEASE MARK your gift "Community Fridge."

Inclusivity

Convinced of God's grace, Saint Andrew's Episcopal Church affirms that there can be no exclusiveness in the body of Christ. We welcome all, regardless of race, color, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, gender, ability, culture, socioeconomic standing, education, family configuration, military status, or political perspective; and we encourage the full participation of all in the

life of our congregation.

Our Shared Vision

Saint Andrew’s is a vibrant

community of faith striving to

provide a nurturing spiritual home for all, embracing God’s desire

for justice in the world.
